1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of perfume products, we only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Condition of Products
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Option
In case of damaged or wrong items, PUSHPA may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on customer preference and stock availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by PUSHPA only if the product is defective or incorrect. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
